I would like to simply know if this motherboard runs 2 7850's at 16x in cf or if it dumbs down to x8/x8 I cannot seem to find this information.

It seems its x16/x16 but I would like to make sure. I would also like to add a gtx 260 I have laying around as a physx card is this possible. I have the power for this.

The specs would indicate X16/X16 plus X4 for the PhysX card. That is good.
But, it is a moot point since today's top cards are hardly impacted by X8/X8

NVIDIA PhysX System Software doesn't work with AMD HD 7850 video cards.

Supported Products for PhysX are all GeForce 8-series, 9-series, 100-series, 200-series, 300-series, 400-series, 500-series, and 600-series GPUs with a minimum of 256MB dedicated graphics memory.

2 pciex16 running x16, 2pciex16 running x4
if you have two pciex16, you must insert them in the peicx16 running x16
