Get the XFX 550W instead, it is slightly cheaper

For HDD, be sure to get the 64mb cache ones (they have the newer platters)
The hard drive you chose is also an very very old one, before 2008, it will be half as fast as current ones

yeah it will be fine, the 8 mb cache on the hard drive isnt optimal. but should be fine.
