9500GS upgrade to new video card

HP Pavilion Elite m9340f Quad core with 350w power and Vista64. A great machine until my graphics card started screaming a couple of months ago. I couldn't stand the noise so I quickly replaced it with a Geforce 210 1 gb card. My windows score went from 5.9 to 4.2. What I would like to find out is what I can replace the 210 with to bring me back up to at least a 5.9? Preferably less than $100. I'm not a gamer but I do occasionally do some 3D with Daz Studio and photography corrections. All the responses I've found are out of date as the cards recommended are discontinued.

Is the PCI Express 3.0 x16 going to be a problem? That is a relatively new spec and this machine is almost 5 years old released May 08. I feed dual 24" monitors Acer P241W.

I thank you for the response. After looking at them the 7750 has a connector I'm not familiar with. The HDMI, DVI and of course a VGA I know. But the second one on this card is new to me. My two monitors P241W acers only have the HDMI, DVI and VGA on them.
In the past I haven't had a lot of good luck with the Radeon cards so I've kinda been sticking to Geforce. As always everyones mileage may differ.
