Not really i mean if you got a better video card like a 7750 that would allow you to play older, less graphically demanding games at medium to high settings as well as newer games at lower detail/resolution settings.

There must be a cheaper motherboard + CPU combo than that APU. The thing is if you get a dedicated video-card, it's sort of a waste to spend money on an APU as well. Put the money back into a beefier video-card. Something like a 7850 would be good for the price.

I take it it's prebuilt, where are you getting it from?

a 6670 paired with the A8. memory, the APU works better with faster ram. native 1866.

don't expect to play skyrim or crysis at high settings though.

the blu-ray......... does it support the 128 format?
