It depend upon on your power supply, which is not listed in your building -- a GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB needs at least a 400W power supply with one 6-pin.

The one 6-pin connector comes with the power supply.

No, it will not work. You probably have a 300w psu, which does not suffice. As well, that is a molex, not pcie connecter. For your gfx card, get a at the least 400w psu. A corsair cx430 will work nicely. Don't know how to put it in? Youtube is your friend. Look at newegg tv, how to build a computer, and skip to the power supply part. Then take out all the old connecters and put in the new ones. Done. If don't know which ones go in each slot, take notice of how the old power supply's cables were put in. Easy.
EDIT: This is what a pcie connecter looks like - http://cdn.head-fi.org/5/56/56ff61d3_pcie-connectors.jpeg
And what the cable goes into - http://cdn.erodov.net/portal//reviews/guide/pci-e-connector/pci-e-power-connector-1.jpg

My point exactly. The way cyberpower and ibuypower make their computers so cheap is they use no-name psu's from china that are firecrackers waiting to happen. A psu is the #1 priority in your computer. If it goes boom, the rest of your computer goes boom as well. That's why I recommend replacing it with a good quality Corsair/Seasonic/Xfx/PCP&C/High End Rosewill. A corsair cx430 should run everything great.
