I want to get a good idea of how well this thing is going to run games.
It's my first build.

CPU: Intel i5 3570 Ivy Bridge w/Intel Graphics 2500
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850
Memory: 2x8gb G.skill Ripjaws Series
Motherboard: Asrock Pro 4 Z77 (supports Turbo Boost and Hyper Threading)
HD: Seagate Momentus XT 500gb (with 4gb SSD "cache") SSHD
Power Supply: Corsair TX Series 650W

I know the heat dangers of the Non-K 3570 i5, but i'm buying an after market cooler.
It's a cooler master 212 evo.

Rate ?/10 Please?
Give specific criteria if possible.

PS:
I don't have enough money for an SSD, so don't bug me about it. (;

Edit:

Compare to your builds if possible...

1: Can't downgrade the RAM, I bought 1 stick of 8gb, then the motherboard came with another. Futureproofing, if you will.

2: I have already:

Motherboard
Case
Power Supply
GPU
RAM
Monitor

I have to go:

CPU
SSHD
After Market Cooler? (idk, do I need it? I want to be safe and not kill my CPU. It's only $30.)
Keyboard/Mouse
Wifi Card

I would give you a 9. No SSD and the 7850 could have been a 7950. It is still better than my build from last year.

16GB ram is overkill for gaming should of went with the 3350P if not overclocking on a h77 board and stepped up to a 7870 with the savings imo

Not a bad build tho should play most games on high some maxed out @ 1080p

Edit: dont bother with a aftermarket cooler if you're not gonna overclock

What heat dangers of non-k processors are you referring to? You don't need an aftermarket cooler usually if you aren't overclocking... I would get an H77 or B75 motherboard because you don't need the overclocking capabilities of a Z77 motherboard and the former are cheaper. Also, you only need 500 watts at most to run a 7850 so you can save some money on the power supply unless you are planning on crossfire later. You can downgrade to 8 GB to save more money since you won't use more in gaming.

I would not waste money on the momentus since caching isn't really effective. I would use these savings towards a better video card or an SSD.

I bought a few of the parts already... the motherboard came with an extra 8gb of ram... so hey, free ram.

I also want some expanding room, so I'm bumping the wattage a bit to leave room for more stuff.

Alright, i see... If you are planning on adding another graphics card down the road, that PSU if fine. Out of the parts you haven't bought:
I really doubt you'll need an after-market cooler at stock settings unless your ambient temperatures are very abnormally high. Alternatively, since you already got a Z77 motherboard, maybe you should drop a little extra on an i5-3570k and get a CM 212 so you can overclock?
