I have a very old Intel 2.0 Ghz Dual-Core processor. Which graphic card work best with that kind of old processor .Please, Also tell if I will have to change the PSU.

Solution
Yes, They are all backwards compatible, 3.0 and back. As long as you have PCIe and that I am sure you do have. So PCIe 2.0 will work with no problem.

I would recommend something simple, I have a core 2 duo on one of my PC's and like yours the PCIe lane only runs at about 1.1. No PCI Express 2.0 available for it. So I use a Nvidia GT 520 with 1 gig of ddr3 memory. I mostly use this card for multimedia, A little light gaming and video conversion and it only requires a 300 watt PSU. The card is powered thru the pci express slot so no power hook up is needed. It takes a lot of work off the Processor, And I use GPU acceleration in all my software and Browser, Works very well. Any GPU too large will just bottleneck and price to performance would be awfull.

By adding something like the Zotac Nvidia Geforce GT 520, It has 1 gig of gddr3 VRam and also has over clocking software that's really nice if you need it. It has really improved my performance. Since it has taken a lot of work off the cpu, Plus I paid around $40 U.S. for it. It's a simple card but works well, I've never regretted the purchase.
I failed to mention that you'll immediately notice better resolutions in video play back such as YouTube and other streaming videos, Not to mention they will stream faster, Also the $40 I payed was several months ago, They may be cheaper by now or you may find a faster card in the same price range.

I am not sure what price range your looking to invest, You could go with a lot better card, but I wouldn't throw any big money at it such as the 660 Ti or something like that because of the bottleneck, But if you want to invest more money it wouldn't hurt getting a better card. I believe even the 640 may run on your current PSU.

Thank you very much, just one more thing. The two graphics card that you have suggested in your previous replies, in that the EVGA one was having the minimum system requirements as a 350watt PSU. Well, I have just the same one,so when my computer will demand more graphics output will the graphic card stop working due to low power supply.
