Looks good the only thing i would strongly recommend is getting a better psu , from Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, XFX.

also getting memory clocked at, at least 1600 Mhz wouldnt hurt, and it around the same price.

Better cooler ($5 more)
Better PSU from XFX
Better ram (faster) for cheaper
MB is decent for a light OC
