Hello I've been using an old xfx evga geforce gtx 285 1gb http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4394456 for about 4 years but i'ts been giving me trouble for some time and i fear its reaching the end of its lifetime. I am not very well financially at the moment and cant really afford to go big like i like to do so I'm looking for a new card that is hopefully better than what i have and that doesn't break the bank, something have while i save some money to go big. DirectX 11 support required.Any suggestions?

Intend to play latest games like crysis 3 and so on, probably not at ultra settings
Psu at 550 right now, willing to upgrade now if necessary
Intel i7 920 @2.67 12gb RAM Full tower Case (no liquid cooling) reg old fashion Fan
resolution somewhere around 1920x1080 is what i usually use
the whole point is to spend under $200 if possible if not then ill just save a bit and pray it doesn't die before then
No preference between ATI or others
