NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB Superclocked?

Or

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 3GB Superclocked?

I can get either of them for the same exact price, but I seriously don't know which one is better. Which one would you guys prefer? Yes, it's for gaming and I'm looking for quality. Also, if for some reason you suggest a different card in the same price range, let me know! Thanks guys.

I believe GTX 660 Ti < HD 7950 < GTX 670 < HD 7970 < GTX 680 < HD 7970 Ghz Edition.

You can compare any 2 cards here.

If the AMD game bundles are available where you are that is a great reason to go with the AMD card. 2 or 3 new titles free with the card really adds value.

What about the 7950 HIS IceQ X2? Is that something I should look at? I could purchase that for around 40 less than the 670 or 660ti.

Get the GTX 670, it's a better all around card that either the 660 Ti or 7950. The extra 3GB of memory is not necessary and not worth compromising in order to purchase a lesser GPU.

Here's a look at the latest chart from TechPowerUp:
