I just started slightly overclocking wit the stock cooler on my 3570. Temps are okay, I just want to get better cooling. Was thinking Seidon 120M for liquid cooling, but not too sure. Any advice on to go air or liquid? Not entirely sure which coolers will fit in the case. Motherboard is a ASrock z77 pro-4. Thanks!

What is your budget? If you don't mind expensive one, I am not entirely sure if your case fit a 140mm radiator, but newegg listed a 140mm top fan anyway, I have a kraken x40($100) and its very good, a little bit loud if its at 70%++ but for my daily usage at 4.6ghz @ 1.21v and never goes beyond 65C and 50%. But if you are looking for something cheaper, the Hyper 212 Evo(lots of good reviews+its $30), Noctua NH-D14 if your ram stick has a low profile($80)-This is the best in terms of cooling and noise by the way.
