I've never posted here before, but I always read alot. I found a build that I would like to get. I'm looking for a high-end laptop with a good graphics card ~1100-1200. I play vidya games, but I want it to be relevant for a few years.
Here are the spec:
Processor
Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM Mobile Processor (4x 2.4GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
Memory
8GB [8GB x 1] 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM [Laptop Memory] - G.SKILL
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M 2GB GDDR5 Video w/ NVIDIA Optimus [W370ET]
Primary Hard Drive
64 GB SanDisk SSD Single Drive
Data Hard Drive
None
Optical Drive
8x Dual Format DVD±R/±RW + 16x CD-R/RW Combo Drive [W370ET]

I have external drives, so I only wanted a small OS ssd. This costs about $1150.

Am I getting a good deal or not? If not, what's better out there?
Thanks alot

it is a good deal but 64gigs of ssd is not a lot..windows will take about 30 gigs so you will have 30 gigs left till its full...that will let you install 6 5gig games on average....so if you dont play a lot games then go for it. otherwise get a normal hard drive or you can upgrade to a bigger ssd in future

Depends on what kind of gaming you do, too.
If you want it to be good for a few years, you'll probably want a 670M+, but that's gonna cost a bit more.

Personally, if you don't need it right now, it's worth waiting a couple months for a Haswell laptop.
The power consumption is supposed to be significantly lower, and the on-board GPU comes close to a 650 ti on its own.
