gaming at low resolutions and medium settings(1366*768 or 1024*768)

with a 650 i would have to buy a new psu is it worth it

i know hd 7770 is better but at point i dont have the money for it

and i play all modern games like nfs the run, battlefield 3 and assassin's creed 3

so is gtx 650 worth the money or hd 7750 will be fine?

Solution
They are about equal in performance, but the HD 7750 doesn't require a power connector. Plug it in and play - it'll run all games at those resolutions.

You sorta answered your own question. If you'd have to buy a new PSU for the 650 but you can't come up with the money for the 7770 then I would think you can't afford the 650 + PSU. You are only left with the 7750. It will do for lower res gaming, no need to worry about that.

Radeon 7750 and GTX 650 have fairly similar performance on average. I see no reason to pay extra money for a GTX 650 with a new PSU when a Radeon 7750 will do the job. If you must have a Nvidia card, then I think that a GT 640 GDDR5 would be an option that doesn't require a new PSU.
