Pc spazzes out

Hello,
I have a problem: When i press my PCs Powerbutton it starts up about 1sec then it shuts down again. After several seconds it starts succefully and i can use it without any Problems. But when i try to shut it down, it shuts the Harddrive down but not the other parts. Then i get the error code 05 on my ''Asrock Z77 Extreme 4''. Then the Computer keeps running until i pull the cable. What i also noticed is that when i use the pc without the Gpu and start it with the Cpu Graphics card i dont get a picture. This happened from one moment to the other, ive been using the pc for over a month now and it worken fine until now.

Specs: 8gb Kingston ram
Gigabyte gtx 680 4gb
i5 3570k
1tb Seagate Hdd
Corsair GS700 (which is not the problem, i tested it)
Asrock Z77 Extreme

Make sure all cables and in place and tight and the same for your RAM and video card. Make sure they are in place and locked down. If everything looks alright there the next thing I would look at is the PSU. If you have another one laying around or can borrow one from someone I would pull the old one out and test the computer with the new one.

I doubt it is the CPU. Of all the parts in a computer the least likely to fail is the CPU. It is by far one of the most reliable parts in computer. If you are 100% sure the PSU is fine than the next thing I would look at is the motherboard. It could be faulty or maybe it is shorting out. I would also check all your voltages.
