Most likely, yes! And it will do so quite well---depending on your other system specs. (Keep AA down to 1X or 2X if you want better performance, i.e., higher fps.)

I say “most likely” because I don’t know your other system specs. So we can’t really definitively answer your question without knowing your other specs.

Also, it is advisable (though not imperative) to use the exact same card and the same manufacturer for SLI configs. ASUS + ASUS, or Zotac + Zotac; but maybe not ASUS + Zotac.

yeah no sorry completely disagree....MSAA looks best....yes it has a big performance drop but if u have two gtx 670's its not an issue...also SMAA blurs the image. though its much better then txaa as far as blurring goes. read here!

Yes, my friend, two overclocked 670s in SLI with this system should run Crysis on very high settings at decent frame rates. But I want to be certain that when you say “max settings,” that you are not also meaning setting all anti-aliasing on max settings. If you set all AAs to 8x (which would be silly), then you’ll take a huge performance hit. My two overclocked 670s and 4.2Ghz OC 3770k run it on very high at 1xAA at around 55-65 fps.

If you want to run it at max AA settings at above 50 fps, then you’ll need to step up to dual 690s. I believe that maximum AA settings is an exercise in diminishing returns: exponentially more power for exponentially smaller increments of perceptually gratifying gaming experience.

+1 I fail to see any difference in 4x and 8x MSAA in almost all games.

Looks a little silly to me for no increase in image quality.

i see a difference...though i get your argument...this boils down to personal preference in the end. If you can see a differance and like MSAA use it...If not use smaa. Graphs for frame rate don't account for what each individual perceives. just my two cents

thank you.
one more question please...
should i use another 680 as a independent gpu in future or buy a 670 to fulfill 3 way sli?and then what will be the safe psu to buy about thinking for future?

I don’t understand your question about the 680 or 670. But you cannot SLI a 680 with a 670. Also, an overclocked 670 is virtually as good as a factory 680. Get two overclocked 670s, same model and same manufacturer.

I’m not sure your motherboard supports three-way SLI. Please note that “Quad SLI” is not the same as four-way SLI. Double check your motherboard’s specs, because if you ever want to do three-way SLI, you might not be able to.

I don’t know a whole lot about power supplies, but I like to play it safe and get more power than I need. I have a thousand watts for my dual 670s, but I probably don’t need all that power. But I like to be able to upgrade graphics cards in the future without also upgrading my PSU. Just be sure to by a good brand. Everybody seems to love Corsair.
