$2000 workstation - can you do better?

CPU: $849.98 - 2x Intel Xeon E5-2620
Motherboard: $369.99 - Asus Z9PA-D8
Memory: $299.98 2x Kingston 16GB (4x4GB), DDR3 1333 ECC UDIMM w/TS
Video: $104.99 Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 low profile
SSD: $119.99 G.Skill Phoenix III 120 GB
CPU Cooler $79.98 2x Dynatron R17
Case+PSU $195.99 Athena Power RM3U3F55B60 3U w/ 600 W supply

Total: $2020.90

System must be 19" rack mount, primary function is image processing, 60 fps @ 1.3 Mpixel. Images / video not generally saved, small amounts of data extracted from each frame.

I would go with a workstation class video card rather than a low end gaming card.

Also I would be suspect of the PSU that comes with that case, they advertise it as 600w but it can only deliver a max 408w on the +12v rail.

That Seasonic power supply is a much better power supply than the Athena

Thanks for the feedback, your suggestions are very helpful. I was worried about the PSU+Case, had trouble identifying a cost effective combination. I can see that the PSU you pointed out is a substantial improvement, even if it will be a tight squeeze into the case. I'll keep an eye on temp, and see if the stock case fans are effective.
