I m looking for a PSU that is between 700W-750W, has at least 4 PCI power connectors, is modular or sem-modular, is at least 80 PLUS Silver, and is less then 125$.

I wouldn't buy the silverstone in dish_Moose's selection. The last one is an XFX that is in your budget and it is good. The other 2 are out of your budget.

This Rosewill Capstone is good. The Capstone series is ok with Rosewill as it is made by Super Flower which is a great OEM. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182264

The PC Power and Cooling one is not modular but it is inexpensive. Great psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703027.

I am sorry to say that with these choices I would still go with the XFX from dish_Moose as I am a Seasonic fan and the XFX are made by Seasonic

I was talking about dish_Moose's only because you posted as I was typing to post.

The Corsair HX 750 and the XFX 750 are nearly identical as they are both made by Seasonic. You can choose either one and it would be a great PSU.

I have two XFX's 1 650w powering my work system, one 750w powering my main system. They are great power supplies made with Seasonic components baked in. For the price right now I'd highly recommend.
