Hi all, I have a Vertex 120 GB SSD and a Velociraptor 250 GB HD. Currently I'm using the Velo as my boot and program drive, and am using the SSD to store my Steam games. I have need to rebuild the system and so I'm wondering if I'm better off leaving the hardware setup the way it is, or if I should use the SSD as the boot drive and the Velo for games. Obviously I like the idea of fast booting and program loading with the SSD, but it's half the size of the HD and I don't relish the idea of running out of space at some point and having to start loading programs on the other drive. What I'd like to do is keep all programs and o/s stuff on the C drive and just have games running on the D drive. To that end I'm kind of leaning towards the Velo as the boot drive even though it'll be a bit slower. What do you guys think - is that the best way to do it, or is there enough benefit to the SSD that I should switch them?
