Hello,

i wanted to buy new GPU for my PC. I am running on,

Intel core i7 3770k
Kingston HyperX ddr3 8GB Ram
Gigabyte Z77x-UD3H Mobo
1920x1080 FullHD LED single monitor

Which one is better between Palit and Asus TOP gtx 680? in term of overclocking capability i mean.

Solution
Well the thing is with overclocking there no guarantees it's luck...
I would be all over that Asus TOP for its high factory overclock, cool temps, and really, really quiet fans, heavily modified PCB, with an efficient VRM design to produce low temperatures, improved voltage regulation circuitry, much better Chil controller , specially binned chip and voltage control and monitoring support that you won't find on most other non-reference cards. The thing a straight beast! However you could just get a 670 which isn't to much slower 10% to be exact and it cost you 100 dollars less.

wow. so it will be Asus then:bounce:
So should i take Asus gtx 670 TOP edition? how about the top core clock i can achive with it compare to gtx 680 ?

Well the thing is with overclocking there no guarantees it's luck of the draw. However here is some comparison, ... Asus 670 TOP - 10.0 rating (only card ever to get a 10.0)

Asus 680 Top - 9.7 rating

It seems like the gtx 670 TOP can overcome the performance of gtx 680 and i can save $ by only buying gtx 670 top. the performance is almost the same.

Yes i think so as well. ;)

Splendid
I have 2 of the Asus GTX 680 DC2T 2GB and they're great (plus the $20 rebate x2). I left a glowing review on Newegg sounding much like an nVidia advertisement than anything else. This means a lot considering I'm an AMD guy just wanted to play with Kepler.

Both of my cards have a high ASIC as well... maybe I got lucky maybe not. But You could also consider the MSI GTX 680 Lightnings (if you can find them) or the Gigabyte GTX 680 Super Overclock series ($30 rebate).

From nearly every standpoint, the ASUS GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP represents the pinnacle of current single GPU graphics card design. It is fast, cool running, quiet, well designed and has more than enough features to make even the most jaded enthusiast happy. We really couldn’t have asked for more.
