Low internet connection after disk defrag

i disk defraged my drives yesterday , but after my internet started to load very slowly while opening sites . what can i do to fix it . please help me.

those two should not be related at all....if anything it should speed you up but i could be wrong. try this

disconnect your modem power and (if it has a power or reset switch hold it down for 30 second) if not leave it unplugged for a good minute to 2...on your router do the same thing (not the reset switch though)....replug them in and see if that helps...if not then do it over again but this time press reset switch on the router. you'll have to reconfigure it but it should solve your issues.
