There is no VGA port in my Intel workstation motherboard so how do I connect my monitor if I don't have a Graphic Card

Onboard VGA is an alternative means of graphics processing. Unfortunately in your case you don't have the alternative or the main processor and there is no possible way you will be able to connect your monitor up and use your PC in the current state.

You could however buy a GPU which is your only option and in this day and age are very cheap. You could buy a low-end GPU capable of doing almost anything.
