I have windows 7 ultimate on my puter. Just recently I went to start it up and the windows logo comes up and then the screen goes black and only a cursor appears. It will continue to do this. I get into the startup diagnostics screen and it launches the diagnostics. Then it says that it repaired the issue but when it restarts the same thing happen. what is the issue here?
