I have 6gb of ram, so that is good

I'm going to get either antec 450w or corsair cx430w psu, which is better? I have heard that the corsair builder series has kind of turned to junk, so what kind of fps on low or medium settings can I get out of this system on games like WoW, EQ2, Arma 2 Dayz mod, source games, arma 3(maybe pushing it), etc.

I think that you would get some alright frames. I would not be surprised if you stuttered a lot during gameplay though. Even on low to medium settings. If you are on a budget then perhaps an AMD APU would serve you better. Then buy a Radeon GPU and the embedded graphics of the Trinity APU would CrossFireX with the Graphics card. That is much superior to this setup. However to answer your question, you can play just fine with what you've got there. Just keep the eye candy to a minimum.

i didn't already buy my stuff i am looking for suggestions for gpu too i guess, but i don't want to spend more than $150 for gpu and psu, because the gpu comes with $20 rebate, it makes the gtx 650 only $80 and the psu is only $40, I can't get better performance for the price with any radeon card, can I?

Oh sir, but you can. Get a 7770 ghz from amd and use the same psu.
GPU ($105) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202011

Also since you have not bought your stuff yet, may I suggest a newer generation cpu instead? What is you budget?

An intel i3-3225 ($130 at newegg) or an amd FX-4300 ($120) is a better choice if you have the money

I'm kind of late on the reply, but I have the cpu already, it came stock with my pc, I have been realy looking at the 7770, will my cpu and the 7770 be good for most games, because in case you haven't seen jackfrags' video about building his budget pc, here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh455l3348s The gameplay starts at about 17:30, he uses an even worse cpu than mine, and the 7770 and gets pretty decent fps, or is the cpu he uses better somehow? I'm sort of confused, because the fps he is getting is more than adequate for me :)

Yea. Although your cpu is getting old, its still better than the one in the video. You should be fine. Your cpu will not bottleneck your gpu

Yea as long as it has a pci-e 2.0 running at 16x or better slot then you will be fine. I assume it does looking at the cpu it supports. You may experience some bottleneck if its pci-e 1.0, but it wont be significant.
