Help w/ GPU Upgrade please

I am going to upgrade my graphic card.
I would like to get a-

PowerColor AX7750 1GBK3-H Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 x16

but..
my computer only has a PCI Express x16 slot, can I still use the above card an will it preform good in my system.

my computer :

Motherboard Asus P5N73-AM
4gig Ram
430w Power Supply

Ooops sorry, my processer is a - Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50GHz, 2500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)


I think my power supply is a corsair 430w
