I'm needing to do a clean install on my girlfirend labtop. I've done it a bunch of times on a desktop. I have a retail version of windows 7 ultimate 64bit and the labtop was running windows 7 home 64bit. Is it the same as a desktop where I go into my bios and put my boot 1 to cd drive then save. Then let windows do it thing untill it restarts the first time. Then I'll go back into the bios screen and change boot 1 back to the SSD drive. Then I let windows finish installing. Should I leave the windows cd in the drive the whole time or take it out to be sure. I do this when I install on a desktop. That why I ask.
