Im looking for a video card and have a real tight budget. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3488650&CatId=7005 is this card good for the price. Im trying to get a local card. (local availability)

Decent Settings and enough to play games at 1680x1050

At that resolution I think you could play at medium settings however I would recommend a 7770 or gtx 650 ti (they will be getting a price drop very soon)
