The number of memory channels is 4 but it says "Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type)

4096 GB" and the memory type is "Memory Types

DDR-3 800/978/1066/1333 (Max Speed 1066 MHz)" What can I do to use up the 4096 GB RAM Capacity most mother boards allow only 8 chips.

Boards allow eight DIMMs, not eight chips, and even then, most don't offer eight, but rather two or four while servers oftentimes offer up to twelve or so (perhaps more) per CPU for Intel.

You probably can't use 4TB of RAM yet, but may be able to with higher capacity modules in the future. Why does that matter anyway? Are you actually looking to have a 4TB system?

These chips can be used in an 8 socket system with memory expansion bays, HP sells systems based on this that I think has 128 slots, using 32GB chips you can hit 4TB of memory. However, a system like that costs on the order of $500,000 USD or so

So all in all, as a person and not a business, this is generally out of your reach

You can actually reach such amount of RAM, in a way more cost effective way. With vSMP Foundation (see http://www.scalemp.com) you can connect multiple dual or quad socket systems, using 16GB DIMMs (25% of the cost of a 32GB DIMM), to reach 4TB or even higher.
