I'm looking to build a gaming pc. I'm salvaging a cd drive and have windows. My budget is no more than $545. I would like to play arma2(dayz mod) a lil bf3 and skyrim as well. Here is what i've pieced together. What do you guys think? Should I swap some parts?

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower

ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card (11202-00-20G )

CORSAIR CX600M 600W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 15000) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9B

Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

Hi :)

You NEED to spend a LOT more to get Ultra...

As an example , this is my graphics card... >> http://www.powercolor.com/us/products_features.asp?id=4...

Thats around $1000 .... lol , but you see my point...$150 is NOT GOING TO DO IT...

All the best Brett :)

If I were you I would wait until the release of the GTX 650 ti boost and the 7790 both of which are in your price range (ish) and will inevitably cause a shake up in the overall pricing scheme. That is if you can hold out for a couple weeks and keep an eye on the sales. If not I would say you have a pretty solid build. It will play those games albeit on the lower end. If in you could put an extra 50-80 dollars into your graphics card you will be much happier. What kind of monitor are you going to be using?
