Bioshock Infinite, can't force vsync?

If I use "lock fram-rate" in the in-game menu, my mouse pretty much becomes unusable because it gets all stuttery. People were saying that they fixed it by forcing vsync on through CCC, but that's not working for me. I tried it through CCC, Radeon Pro, and D3Doverrider and nothing has worked. Any ideas how to fix this?

VSync is just a option in your game config that will allow the game to make custom settings to your graphics card for the game. If you could, please tell me your computer spec's. (CPU, GPU, ETC.)

My specs are in my signature, and I know what vsync is and does, it's just that for some reason I can't force it on for Bioshock Infinite.

Either Re-load your game, or Re-Load your Graphics card drivers.

I tried doing both of those things, no success. I don't know if this matters or not, but when I alt-tab out of the game, it still runs and my graphics card stays hot.

Well I decided to try the bioshock vsync again, and now my mouse works fine.. So I guess the problem is solved.. sorta lol.
