I want to upgrade my gaming PC affordably. Any insight and help would be appreciated as to what I need to replace.

MOBO: GA-P67-UD3R-B3
Processor: i5 2500k
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB x 2
PSU: 750w 80 Plus Gold Rated Corsair Professional series
GPU: MSI TwinFrozer II GTX 560 Ti OC 1GB

I want to be able to photoshop and some video editing as well. Fedex broke my PSU in shipping so I actually need to replace it. I am wondering if I should go ahead and upgrade the MOBO and CPU or just buy a new 2500k.

Also, any case recmendations?
