I am currently trying to build a budget PC for a friend of mine who wants to get into World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria again -__-

His budget is anywhere from $500-$700 INCLUDING a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Currently I have the following:
CPU: AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core Desktop Processor FD6100WMGUSBX - $119.99
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model 996770 - $64.99
Mobo:ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard - $84.99
Power Supply: CORSAIR CX Series CX750 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - $79.99 (-$20 MIR)
Video Card: MSI R7770-PMD1GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - $114.99 (-$25 MIR)
HDD: Western Digital Scorpio Black wd5000bpkt 500GB 7200 RPM 2.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Notebook Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $69.99
Case: Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - $59.99
Monitor: REFURBISHED Acer S200HLAbd Black 20" 5ms Widescreen LED Monitor - $89.99
DVD Burner: ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM - $19.99

The problem here is that I am at $760.85 total with tax and shipping (all from Newegg)

Just wondering where I can shave off some cost to add in a keyboard and mouse as well as not break his budget too much.

Thanks for the help!

Look into buying from other sites and drop some stuff

Cheaper overall and with an 7870ghz [it will absolutely shred WOW @ 1600x900]
Ram is 1866 since it is really cheap right now (same price as 1600mhz kits)
500GB HDD
$40 left for kb+m
USB 3 case and mb (mb can OC the FX6300)
500W PSU is enough
Similar screen but new and cheaper

To make better use of the 7870ghz here is an build with 1080p screen,
only leaves you $10 for kb+m though
