Upgrading Dell Inspiron 545s PSU

My computer is a Dell Inspiron 545s (it has a slim cabinet ). Please give me a list of PSU's which would be cheap and easily fit to my cabinet.

Also My PCI - Express Version is 2.0
Will the GTX 650 (PCI-E 3.0) fit in my slot ?

First, your PSU is TFX form factor which is a unique size, in fact I could only find two which have enough amperage to power a graphics card and only one of those I would recommend (makes it kinda easy), it's the SeaSonic SS-350TGM 350W
Your slim case makes the GTX 650 choice easy also the ZOTAC ZT-61008-10M which is the only low profile GTX650 I could find - it should work fine in your PCIe 2.0 slot
