rogue registry key the creator owner will not let me delete it.

I have a Registry key that is stopping me from logging on to my bank.
I cannot delete it.
I have changed permissions and owner every time the
Creator owner is back. his permission is 'special' I have changed all I can think of.
how do I get rid of this pest. or change the 'special' permission
any ideas

the easiest way to restore your old registy hives is system restore you can undo it if you don't like the results.
the second option is to use a hirense boot cd to remotely load registry hives and delete the key(harder)
