i wanna open memory card

i want to open memory card without formatting but when i open it then it did not open and give me error of formatting please help me what can i do in this situation?

either the data on the card is corrupted or the file system (FAT, FAT-32, exFAT, NTFS, etc.) is not supported by the operating system trying to open it.

try it on another computer running windows vista or greater, or the source device (camera?). if it still will not open it may be corrupted, or damaged.
