Network Privacy Via TOR

Hello Everyone,
I know that my network administrator can see the websites I visit through the router. My question is: Will the use of the Tor browser bundle or Anonymity 4 Proxy hide the websites I've visited from the admin? Both programs promise anonymity; however, all I need is to stop the websites from showing up on the router for the admin to check. Finally, is there a way to enable flash on either of the aforementioned soft-wares that does not compromise my privacy from the network administrator? Thanks

This sounds like you are asking for help to do things you shouldn't do on a work/school network. If so, we can't help you.

If you are doing legit things, talk to your admin for help. Otherwise, we can't help you bypass security measures.
