computer crashed during nvidia update

like the title states, basically was updating nvidia drivers and watchng twitch when i bumped power surge switch knocking out power to the pc. Now when i boot up it goes into Startup Repair. I tried following other tutorials under startup repair but it seems like the system recovery options are limited to ONLY startup repair. Im sure if i was able to complete the install of the nvidia drivers this would fix it but im not sure how to do that as i cant enter safe mode.

i fixed it by installing w7 again which may sound like a hassle but all my files are still intact i just had to reinstall the programs. (incase anyone has the same problem.) Seems like the only solution if you cant escape startup repair.

Turns out the other options that I thought were supposed to be listed were apart of the W7 install disc. I tried to boot w/o drivers it just took me straight to startup repair again and with it off it will just give me a Windows could not start screen, same with safe mode. TBH I tried everything from startup repair infinite loop fix to bcedit /r .. sfc /scannow
