I need help with my build.

Solution
I very rarely use the TC that comes with a part and I prefer to use the Artic Silver 5 , but that's my choice and the compound that comes with a part is most likely good enough when properly applied. So then it becomes your choice to use it or buy a different brand.
All video cards come with Thermal compound applied so unless you remove the heatsink/fan on the card you end up using that TC and it proves to be good enough so the TC that comes with the cpu is the same and it is good enough also.

Thermal compound comes with the CPU. And with an $80 CPU cooler and 2 pre-installed case fans, you won't need a lot else. Perhaps you may want more case fans for your GPUs, here is the case's cooling options:
Cooling / ventilation

1 - Front hydraulic bearing 140mm Silent Series R2 fan, 1000 RPM speed (included)
1 - Front 120/140mm fan
1 - Rear hydraulic bearing 140mm Silent Series R2 fan, 1000 RPM speed (included)
2 - Top 120/140mm fans - positions also support some models of 240 radiators, depending on configuration
1 - Bottom 120/140mm fan
1 - Side 140mm fan
1 - Integrated fan controller for up to 3 fans (included)

Okay, so I have everything I need for the CPU right? Do you think my GPU's will need that? Or will it be fine without?

I recognize the name and you had another post that I responded to , so you have decided on the parts and your pulling the trigger today. Good deal.
The cpu will come with a small packet of thermal compound , also the heatsink/fan you chose will also come with a small packet to use. What I do is I like to select my own brand of thermal compound so when building I also buy a small tube of it. I like Artic Silver 5 , there are a lot of different types , some standard , some exotic and some that have been at the top of the list for a very long time like the Artic Silver 5.

The case that you chose comes with two 140mm fans and one will be in the front and one at the rear, I would get another and mount it in the side panel. However there doesn't seem to be a precut hole for it in the side but you do have two places on the top to add fans. I can't see the bottom of the case so I don't know if there is a spot there for one. So you'll have to figure out what you want to do, me I would be getting out the dremmel tool and cutting a hole in the side window, but that's me. So for now I would add the top fan and see how it goes for inside air temps and then decide what to do.
The build looks very good and I like the dual 670s.

Well, they do have three fans each so they should be fine. They might just get a bit hot if you're playing a graphically demanding game on ultra settings, so yeah they probably won't be necessary.

Your CPU and GPU should both come with thermal compound on them, the GPU is a self contained unit which should be plug and play and as someone stated earlier the CPU will come with thermal compound already applied to the heatsink.

Please note that not all thermal compound's are created equal, generally the stock compounds will do well if your system is well ventilated and kept reasonably clean. If you are planning to do quite a bit of gaming (based on the build it looks like it) I would recommend getting more case fans, those video cards can get quite warm and as we all know heat rises so most of it will travel right over the CPU on its way out of the case.

There are several ways to ventilate a case, I prefer a push / pull system with positive case pressure. Basically you are forcing more cool air into the front than the top and rear fans can push out. Arctic silver 5 or a similar thermal compound is a good place to start if you are looking to upgrade over the stock compound.

This article should help you decide what is best for your needs.

*Sorry everyone for replying late, I didn't get any notifications that my thread was still actively getting responses. But thanks guys.*

So should I get more fans or thermal compound? Or both? As far as PCPartPicker goes, how would I know which fans to get?

Original Build:

Your case has two spots at the top of the case for adding additional fans , you don't have to buy any fans right now and they can be added at any time very easily if you find that the case is not cooling enough.
The thermal compound is something that you would need to buy now if you are choosing to use something different from what's included with the cpu heatsink/fan.
You don't need partpicker to buy fans and thermal compound you can get those anywhere. The one I had recommended can be bought at Newegg so if your ordering any parts from there you can easily add it to the order.

Okay so just wait to test out how my build and see how the heating and cooling goes with the fans I have? And do you think I should get any TC? Or would I be okay with the TC that comes with it?

Okay, I think I'll take you up on it and order some Artic Silver. Thanks for your help!
