My Budget is around 500 - 550 dollars for the whole build, and it will mainly be used for streaming/gaming.
I want to be able to run my games at 60 fps on max if possible. and my budget for a GPU is 150 - 170

Hi, that's not the 650 ti boost, the boost has a 192 bit bus, that one is the 650 ti with 128-bit bus and a terrible value.
Get the gigabyte 650 ti boost 2GB @ newegg, good cooling system and good oc from factory ;)
