I have a radeon hd 7770 and the problem is that when im playing heavy games the temprature is hitting more than 55 celsius and the proccessor goes more than 60 degrees.I have only one fan in front off the hard drives and is not going alover the mobo and gpu and cpu.I have this mobo ASUS M5A78L-M LX3.i have only one slot available in mobo for cooler.I can only place one in the side of gpu,cpu and mobo or one in back of cpu and gpu and mobo.Whats the best place for the best cooling way?

PS:My gpu freezes and restarts when overheating.I have this CASE: COOLERMASTER K280 BLACK

55°C is not over heating the GPU. 90°-105°C is over heating not 55°C. What CPU do you have and are you using its Stock heat sink?. Is the CPU overclocked? Have you cleaned the Cooler out with compressed air? Make sure the CPU fan is spinning up to full speed.

What case do you have? This will let us look it up and have a better idea of you situation for cooling suggestions.

First of all unless you have already done so put a fan in the rear of the case. this will help (a lot) remove the heated air that at this point that is getting recirculated in the case. I also recommend installing the side fan also to help bring in more cool air in to the case seance the front fan air is getting heated by the HDD albeit not much but still heating the air.

Because your case only came with the front fan I am not surprised that the CPU is on the warm side because there is nothing to pull the hot air out.

when gaming the cpu goes more than 60 :/ How i can adjust the proccessor's fan speed.I dont unnderstand the speedfan software :/ Illl buy this Fan,Is it good? NILOX CASE FAN 120MM SLEAVE BEARING 001

Place the fan in the rear of the case to start and make sure it is blowing out of the case.

down the line you can always purchase another fan for the side.

its not RPM you need to be concerned with its the amount of Air the it moves and Static pressure. look for around 50 - 75 CFM's (Cubic Feet per Minute) and a static pressure of over 2.mm H2O. i wasn't saying to buy the one i suggested just find a fan with comparable specifications.

Also the specifications of my mobo says this : 1 x CPU Fan connector(s)
1 x Chassis Fan connector(s) Does this mean that i can instal one fan rear and 1 in side or just 1 fan.Remember that there is one stock fan instaled in front of the HDD's.

you have not overclocked the gpu I assume? it sounds like the card is bad or a driver issue. Like I said that card is NOT over heating unless it gets to 90°C+.

Download OCCT and run the GPU stress test it has. it will single out the GPU stress it and mot the rest of the system. If the problem is still happens then you can say there is an issue with the card. If the issue does not happen then you can move on to test the CPU in the same program and see if that is causing the issue.

Ahh OK. they make a connector for the fan to be able to convert it to a 4 pin molex connector. you do not need to use the fan headers on the motherboard for case fans JUST the CPU fan. they also sell fans that already have the 4 pin molex connector on them. My suggestion is to get a 4 pin molex fan for the rear and use the fan header on the mother board for side fan.

this fan comes with the adapter to molex http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103090

Try those clock speeds and see what happens. As every piece OC's differently I can not say that it will work but give it a shot and see if the issue is still there.

As for the fan the Scythe slip stream fans are excellent quality fans but be aware that at 37 dBA you will hear the fan in the case. You will hear most fans anyways.
