Hello, I was playing a game when a windows update inturrupts. The computer then suddenly shuts down. When i turned the computer on afterwards, it got stuck on the windows logo. I then tried to repair it with the repair tool, and now it don't got stuck while the windows logo is running, but a new problem occurred.

After the windows logo, and the text "Windows is starting" Instead of the usual "Welcome" the screen is just black, and i can move the cursor around.

I have no checkpoint, so i cannot restore to an earliere point.

I've tried writing "sfc /scannow" Without any luck.

I would really appreciate some help, the computer is not old, and it's sad to see that it's not useable.

Any chance you can press F8 during the start up and enter safe mode? if you can get to safe mode you can open a comand prompt and try a scan and also try a virus scan .

if you have the disk you can do a repair with the disk and see if it helps.
