how do i reformad my Toshiba laptop?

i tryed to use the CD but it gave me a error message. i had to rebuy them from the comp site >_> (there offical 3 0f 3) but anyway how do i reformat to the point i erase me boot?

i think i have a boot virus with a worm or such. my V/S claims im clean its worthless when my computer takes 2 or more restarts so i dont get a black desktop screen.....

the hole screen is black but i see the arrow thing tho and i am able to move it, + my laptop has the ablity to hack my hotmail account and send emails to everyone on my list to the point it maxes my sending thing and it got me banned more times i can count. (not really but i had to prove its me tho.)

and i know i have vruis'es since my computer takes tolong to start, it freezes none stop to the point i have been gotting over 10 bluescreens O_O'' in a month... and resource has over 100 things running thats not counted in the resources tab.
