MB - megabytes, the capacity of the drive. Usually expressed in gb, gigabytes, or tb, terabytes, these days. 1 mb is 1,024,000 bytes (characters) of data. If you buy a 1 tb drive, it will have 1000gb or 1000000mb (roughly)

RPM - rotations per minute - how fast the hard drive platters spin. generally, faster (bigger number) is better. SSDs do not have rpms though because they do not have any moving parts.

24/7 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. this is probably related to reliability of the drive or how long it will last, perhaps with constant, always on, use.

500 gb is the capacity of the drive. it is decent for the average computer. if you take a lot of pictures, videos, or have a lot of music on your computer you may want to monitor the free space of the drive. the 64 mb is probably the "cache" of the drive. this is an extra memory space that the drive has to help speed things up a bit.
