192.168.1.1. wont open

I need to change my nat setting to open.each time I enter 192.168.1.1 it says it can not be displayed.I'm on by hub is there a didn't up address to use..please help

Sometimes when the router/modem is overheat they can behave like that...

u may need to reboot the router/modem....

Don't BT home hubs use 192.168.1.254

thank you so much for your help..you was right, i went right to where i wanted to go.admin as i asked before wasnt right,it was in the back of the hub,that i had to change before entering into the hub....thank you
