Hello!

I'm looking for a bed air cooler for my FM2 A10 5800K basic overclocking. (want to use it on 4400-4600 MHz)
I don't have space for an upstanding cooler like CM Hyper 212 so I should stick on the standard model / size:

I found another CM cooler, the GeminII M4, it probably will cover my first two ram banks but it's titchy at least - could this cooler be able to provide the temp I need for that speed anyway?

or would you recommend a better standard cooler at the same price category please?

Pulling air is not efficient. That's why most people use the tall heatsink with a push fan. I'd rather buy a water cooled system then use a crappy bed cooler.

Unless you don't have room, due to your case, get a standard standing one. Much better at cooling.
