under £50 Blue Case

I would like to look for a case with a nice looking theme to upgrade from the corsair 200r. I want a low budget case (£50 or less) but with similar features.
The particulars i want are

Midi/Full tower
Fits GTX660
atx form factor
Comes with (some) cooling fans
SSD - One Slot (2.5" Bay)
HDD - One Slot (3.5" Bay)
Optical Drive (CD Rewriter 5.25")
Usb front panel
Blue theme would help
headphone/microphone front panel

I would like a good solid case over a plasticy rubbish blue one however, i dont mind suggestions to the "get this case and add these lights"
this would be the first time i have assembled parts from scratch into a case

Its probably alot to ask for the price but i dont mind skimping on some of the requirements so long as things like fits gtx 660 fits atx mob etc are fine

The older PC cases that get tossed out onto the street are quite sturdy, are full metal, and don't cost anything! In some internet cafes. they sometimes have older PC cases for sale for about $15 and some charity Op-Shops have them, too. Sometimes, you can get a real cheap sturdy case from a PC retail/repair store for about $25 second-hand.

There aren't that many blue PC cases out there really, at least not so many good quality ones. You're probably better off getting a solid one and adding lights. Bitfenix make some nice (quite expensive though) light strips. Also Blue LED fans can help.

What is it about the 200R that has made you want to upgrade though? I mean it's a very nice case for the price. Is it the lack of a side window? Do you want more of a slick/streamlined look?

it is this sort of thing really. i just have some cash and instead of upgrading parts (i'm right on price/performance i want so i reckon its good here), i wanted to upgrade the case
the 200r is a solid case but if there is a better option to go with my blue inside theme or that would show my blue led 120mm fans better then that would be great
