All i wanna know is that " Does the capacity of the UPS ( ie., 600VA blah blah...) means the power it can give to the PC after the power cut or it really matters for normally supplying a gaming system with a PSU of 500W (Corsair CX)...

If I go with a 600VA UPS for the above mentioned PC, will it be good enough to handle it?

That depends on how long you want to run on the UPS once power goes out. It should give you enough time to exit running programs and do a complete (clean) shut down of your system. Don't forget that you need to plug your monitor(s) into the UPS also or you won't be able to see when you try to shut down.

That 600VA ups will supply roughly 350 watts.
To know what you need for full power support say when gaming and the power goes out.
You need to add up all the max power used by each component in your system including monitors and any external drives that you want plugged in.
But as these ups systems are pretty reasonably priced, I would just get one that is rated for 500 watts or 850VA like this one:

Hope this helps...

If you are just using it for the PC and not the monitor and other parts I would recommend you go with a 1000VA unit. Also check the specs on the battery runtime, you can't figure this out from the VA rating.
