On a modern system the motherboard doesn't make a blind bit of difference in performance, the motherboard is just there for the features you want, like better overclocking capabilities for your processor, SLI/Crossfire compatability etc.

You can run 2 PCIe 2.0 x16 or 16x 8x 8x or 8x8x8x8. Great motherboard that will give you more than enough bandwidth for your 7850. I like that motherboard.

You probably won't notice any bottlenecking unless you're playing older CPU-bound games or at lower resolutions < 1080p.
