Need urgent help with GPU, artifacting/issues!

So well playing some games I have been getting some artifacts with my 7950, and just a few mins ago I had some strange checkered black and white squares on screen flickering. Also I thought that my overclock was good on my GPU, It's at 1100 core, 1350 Memory with 1163 volts. The hgihest temp I've seen is 64c while playing BF3 with 100% load, so I don't think it's overheating, and it idles at 26c. Could it be too low of voltage on my overclock? *Also my system specs are, I5 2500 3.7 GHZ,and asus MoBo. All have normal temps and good airflow!

Yes all latest drivers, this happened while I was playing walking dead survival instinct, it may be a DX9 (Has terrible graphics), and seeing as how I've never seen this is in DX11 games, maybe it's what you said.

I don't really want to put it to stock though... but, should I try to increase the voltage?
