asus sabertooth 990fx cycles POST 3 times then starts normally

Hi I have a problem during post. it shows the MOBO logo, then says no drives found.. does that twice then shows the logo again and proceeds to windows normally. Any idea on what would cause this? heres my specs:

sabertooth 990fx
AMD FX-8120 not overclocked
Nvidia GTX570 (x2) in SLI
16Gb corsair 1600mhz ram
1300 watt PSU
1 SSD and 2 HDDs (windows is on the SSD)

well it happened after i tried to overclock the CPU with the ASUS software through windows. It became unstable so I wen into the BIOS and set everything back to default. I believe the PSU is CORSAIR and its modular.
