Zalman CNPS11X Extreme is it good cooler?

Hello i'm going to buy CNPS11X CPU Cooler for my i7-3770K.
I need advice from porfessional people.
Will this cooler fit in my Maximus V Formula z77?

Will this cooler maintain my system under 60 degrees at 4.2GHz at full load?

Is this cooler good for high end quality system?

Help me please!

i7-3770k 4.2 Ghz
Maximus V Formula z77
MSI R7970 Lightning
G.Skill Sniper 4x4GB
Corsair HX 1050W Gold
Cm Storm Trooper Window
500GB Caviar Black
120GB Neutorn GTX SSD

I have that particular cooler on my 2600K @ 4.5. with a stress test for 18 hours the highest temps i had were 58c on two cores 61c on a single core and 63 on my final core. however, it also depends on the ambient tempurature of your house, as well as how well the rest of your case cools/airflow.

Personally i LOVE it, but thats because i have the LanBoy Air and already had 13 fans, so the large surface space with it was a plus. just be aware, it is big and it is heavy... but it cools ALOT nicer then the stock intel towercooler.

it sits around 26-30c idle.
